Our Lead builder Wayne has over 35 years’ experience in the industry. Wayne has a passion for all types of timber work, from wood-turning to sculpture. Furniture design and construction is his true passion. After retiring from the construction industry  he now dedicates his time fully to producing fine furniture. He enjoys the challenges of incorporating traditional joinery with the high-tech automation that makes Finewood Gallery unique.

Head of arts and sculpture, Silloo has spent time developing social artwork programs in remote villages in India. Her creativity and strong work ethic allow her the drive, and inspiration to create remarkable pieces of artwork. Silloo is responsible for bringing obscure and challenging artwork to life.

No modern office is complete without IT. Ryan heads up our IT and installations department, handling new and old computer installs, plus network connections when installing Finewood Gallery.
